Privacy Policy
How PropertyIntel360 collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, purchase digital products, request support, or choose to receive promotional communications.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to PropertyIntel360.com and PropertyIntel360 services, including FSBO Discovery digital-product sales, secure delivery, purchase recovery, customer support, and related communications. It does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services that we link to.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, support messages, selected jurisdiction, and other information you submit through forms or communications.
For purchases, we may receive and store transaction-related information from our payment processor, including customer contact information, order identifiers, payment status, amount, tax, purchased jurisdiction, and transaction timestamps. PropertyIntel360 does not need to store your full payment-card number when payment is processed by our payment provider.
Our hosting, security, payment, and delivery systems may also create standard technical records such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, security events, delivery events, and error logs.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the website and services; process and verify purchases; deliver the correct digital product; create and enforce secure download access; provide purchase recovery and customer support; maintain transaction, licensing, and anti-fraud records; protect our systems and customers; comply with legal obligations; and improve service reliability.
Transactional messages about a purchase, delivery, recovery, security, or support request are separate from promotional marketing communications.
4. Promotional Communications and Consent
Promotional email consent is optional. When a checkout or other form offers a marketing-consent choice, we use that choice to determine whether promotional communications may be sent. Declining promotional communications does not prevent you from receiving transactional messages needed to complete or support a purchase.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us at office@propertyintel360.com.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment services, including Stripe where applicable. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy terms. PropertyIntel360 receives the transaction information needed to verify payment, fulfill the order, maintain records, and provide support.
6. Service Providers
We use service providers to operate our website, analytics, payment, email, security, storage, and customer-delivery systems. These may include Cloudflare for website, security, email-sending, database, and object-storage infrastructure; Stripe for payment processing and checkout; Google Analytics for website analytics; Microsoft Clarity for session-replay, heatmap, and website-usage analytics; and Google Workspace for business email and related productivity services. Providers receive information only as needed for the services they perform, subject to their own terms and legal obligations.
7. Information Sharing
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the business; to prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our rights; to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; in connection with a business transfer or reorganization; or when you direct or authorize the disclosure.
We do not sell customer personal information for money. If our data practices materially change, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, download recovery, customer support, accounting, tax and business records, license administration, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, and other legitimate or legally required purposes. Retention periods may differ by record type.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the services we operate, including HTTPS, access controls, private storage for paid digital assets, short-lived or limited download access, and payment processing through specialized payment providers. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Cookies, Logs, and Third-Party Links
Our website and infrastructure may use browser storage, cookies, analytics technologies, session-replay tools, or technical logs for security, functionality, checkout, service operation, and understanding how visitors use the site. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website-usage analytics. Clarity may collect interaction data used to produce session recordings and heatmaps, subject to Microsoft’s privacy and consent controls. Third-party services reached through our site may set their own cookies or collect information under their own policies.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may choose not to provide optional information, although some information is required to process and deliver a purchase or respond to a request. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction purposes.
12. Children
PropertyIntel360 is intended for adults engaged in real-estate and related activities. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted at this URL with its updated date.
14. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to office@propertyintel360.com.
