Photos & Media

1. Upload property photos. Add JPG, PNG or WEBP images up to 15 MB each. For primary listing and flyer images, 16:9 is recommended; use at least 1280×720 pixels and preferably 1600×900 or larger. New uploads remain private inside your CRM until you explicitly approve them for public listing use.

2. Organize each image. Give it a useful title, category and caption. Use Move Up / Move Down to control the property-media order and choose one Primary Photo.

3. Mark Before / After photos when appropriate. Choose Before or After and use the same optional pair label (for example, “Front Landscaping”) so related improvement photos are easy to identify.

4. Approve public media intentionally. Check Approved for Public Listing only after you are satisfied the image is appropriate for buyers. The Public Listing workspace can use only seller-approved photos. Removing approval also removes that image from the public-listing selection.

5. Review professional and service-provider uploads. Images shared with you through Shared Access appear in Shared Access media available for review. Add an image to Photos & Media only if you want it in your property media library. It still remains private until you approve it for public use.

7. Reuse media without uploading again. Approved and organized property photos can feed your Public Listing, Marketing Hub and Flyer Builder. Shared Files & Media remains the collaboration area for transaction documents, reports, invoices and other participant files.

Privacy: A Primary Photo is not automatically public. Seller approval controls public-listing eligibility.
