PropertyIntel360 uses multiple security layers to help protect customer accounts, CRM information, and stored documents. Security controls are designed to operate primarily in the background so legitimate customers can use the CRM without unnecessary access challenges.

• Encrypted connections: HTTPS is enforced, with TLS 1.2 as the minimum supported protocol and TLS 1.3 enabled.
• Cloudflare protection: Cloudflare-managed application security, DDoS protection, and browser integrity checks help filter malicious or abnormal traffic.
• Authentication protection: Account email verification, two-step authentication, secure sessions, and rate limiting help protect sign-in and account-creation endpoints.
• Protected CRM storage: CRM database records and private files use Cloudflare D1 and R2 infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Secure document sharing: Documents can be shared through expiring, revocable PropertyIntel360 links with access controls and audit history instead of ordinary email attachments.
